The Whiplash Scooter from Street Surfing combines the smooth and flowing motion of the original "Wave" board with a scooter handle for a unique hybrid experience. Offered in a fun design especially for girls, the Whiplash features a flexing deck with a rear caster wheel that rotates 360 degrees, attached to a scooter-style handle.
