Great tire especially for the price.

I purchased this tire for my old Trek 720 hybrid. I wanted something reasonably priced with good performance. I have Kendas on the bike now and have had no problems at all. I am optomistic that these will work well especially is I encounter rain.
Pros - Inexpensive
Good grip
Rolling resistance seems fine
Easy to mount
Cons - None yet

The price of the tire was perfect. My wife and I are recreational riders nothing more, this tire has a more road profile than off-road profile which is fine for our hybrid bikes. Had them on a month now and I see only improvements over our last set of tires.
I don't think they would do well on anything less than a flat dirt trail, but they don't profess anything more. Roads, playgrounds, firm dirt trails are all fine for this tire.
