This is definitely colorful and well made. I bought it because I know the name Bell. The price is right and it fit well, not too heavy.

This helmet is basic, practical and affordable. Perfect for a toddler just starting to ride. I would definitely go with something more durable for an older child, but this is fine for riding on the back of Mom/Dad's bike or riding a little tricycle around. I bought it for my 15 month old, and it's far too big. Definitely more appropriate for a bigger toddler.
