The scooter has a good looking, the bateries last up to 45 minutes of continuos use but, need to change fuses evry long ride or every charging process, so far so good!

I was excited after purchasing my scooter and for the most part
am happy with its design EXCEPT, the front brakes on my scooter
would not assign properly to the braking disk. The instruction
manual looked like a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy and
really could not be more uninformative or clear.
Instructions to adjust the front brakes stated they were pre-aligned
at the factory, however when I went to assemble them around the
front wheel disk, they had to be loosed so both pads, magnets only,
and after that, the brake system just didn't work right.
I emailed tech support numerous times but haven't received one
response yet. And I suspect that my front tire was used since its
treads are suspiciously shallow.
It has a good solid frame and battery life. I blew my first fuse
only a couple days after use and since then, according to the other customers
complaint about the fuses blowing, I carry extra fuses with me.
When the first one blew, I had to walk my scooter a few blocks
because I left them at home. SO BRING THEM WITH YOU if you don't
feel like walking back to get them.
I really like the scooter but because of the customer service and
cheap front brake, I would be hesitant upon another purchase.
All I want is a response from their tech support. And the only
thing you can do is email them and wait for a response. The only
phone number they provide is if you want to purchase something.

I am 22 years old men and i bought this scooter for the speed by ivoog scooters for 400 dollars with free shipping and i like it,i have this scooter two months with no problems, but the only big problem is that the wheels are very small to enjoy the ride safty and it not comfortable because it do not have any shocks so i do not recommend it all for adults that need to ride long trip, and for kids that wants it just for fun and for best speed I highly recommend it. and adults for you good do not buy any xtreme scooters they are for kids you be not happy if you buy it.i bout the ezip 1000 scooter this is the best of the best scooter, with the x500 scooter i am 140 ib i ride 17+MPH and with ezip 1000 i ride with the top speed of 16+MPH and it fille rilly like 20MPH and its very very comfortable so this for you adult you will love it and you be very very happy with it you see....

Everything about this scooter is incredibly cheap and shoddily put together. The seat broke under my weight (I weigh 165, well below the stated limit for this product) and half of the bolts holding the scooter together rattled themselves off within a few blocks of riding it. Do not, under any circumstances, waste your money on this inferior product.
