this product sucks. do not bother. i bought 2 of these for my daughters for christmas. all i got was 2 crying daughters. i got these from[...] and researched before i bought. and when i got them in neither one of them worked. not one but both. i tryed to contact [...] and they say all sales are final. i am very upset and 200.00 dollars poorer. they do not say all sales are final on the scooter page on their website. i am a very good shopper and i do my checking before i buy. did not help me on this one. do not buy this product. suck suck and more suck !!!!!
